Property

A property is any quality an entity can have. It can be thought of as a binding between the entity, the property and its value.

While a simplistic and measurable property such as temperature or weight can be very uncontroversial or even trivial, properties can also be ascribed rather than inherent. A notable example is the property of truth, which can be applied or not to a given stance depending entirely on the concept of truth of the one applying it.
