Violence

Violence is the threat or actual cause of harm, normally enacted with a specific intention, be it personal or political.

Violence is a notable feature of power systems such as states, which create a theory of justification for violence in the form of its laws and on this basis structure a violence system that exists under the pretense of following and enforcing such laws.
