Macroism

Macroism is a form of reductionism that considers the personal interactions and power dynamics between individuals as irrelevant.

Macroism is not simply to place more importance or emphasis on the macro, but specifically to dismiss the need to make changes to the micro as if the fact that they supposedly do not make a difference on a wide scale or how they "reform the system instead of overthrowing it" nullified any reason for such changes, regardless of the suffering it might bring to those affected and how it treats them as sacrificial.

Macroism is one of the ways that a mesodominant position collaborates with the dominant position while consciously or not accepting its offer of deception.
