Paranaivety

Something is paranaive if you can't tell if its author is being disingenuous (maliciously feigning ignorance) or simply naive.

Because it is an unknown, it can't be said to be a quality of the speaker, but rather a perception of the observer or a quality of a given statement. It is precisely this plausible deniability that makes it interesting to the speaker.
